Thermostat housing with 1.25-inch connector for B and D series engines.Applications: All 1988–2001 B-series engines and all 1988–2000 D-series engines, excluding D16Z6.The CNC machined billet housing is a direct replacement for the unit and mounts in the same factory position, with the radiator outlet following the slightly upward angle.The housing features a threaded water outlet port on the body, compatible with standard 1.25-inch radiator hose fittings or 12AN / 16AN fittings.The radiator hose fitting thread size is 16OR (1-5/16-12 SAE) and uses an seal for leak-free.Two additional ports are included: one for the fan switch and one 1/8 NPT accessory port for gauges.A plug is provided for the 1/8 NPT port.An M6 hole is machined and threaded for the ground ring on the engine harness.Installation requires two bolts and locates beside the intake manifold.Two hole positions accommodate all applicable B-series and D-series engines.
